How to make dry fried pork slices
Composition:
Lean pork 300g, onion 5g, ginger 10g, sugar 1 spoon, oyster sauce 1 spoon, soy sauce 1 spoon, cooking wine 1 spoon, sweet noodle sauce 1 spoon and salad oil.
How to fry meat slices at home;
1, chopped onion and ginger;
2. Slice the lean pork into thick slices, add sweet noodle sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine and onion ginger, and marinate for about 10 minute;
3. Slide the pan twice, heat the oil to 80%, put the meat slices in the fire and stir fry 1 min;
4. Meat slices can be cooked to a burnt taste.
Tips:
Pork must be cut thick and oily. Stir-fry with a big fire, then stir-fry with a small fire.
