Ingredients: 1 vole, ginger, wine, soy sauce, refined salt.
Method for frying vole meat
1. The vole was removed by laparotomy. Put it in a pot and steam it with bamboo. Boil the water for about 2 ~ 3 minutes, take it out, remove the hair, head, feet and tail, and wash it.
2. Stir-fry voles with oil and salt. Add ginger, wine and soy sauce and cook.
