"Health Diet Series" consists of four volumes: diet diet, brain nourishing diet, anti-aging diet and anti-cancer diet. The purpose of this paper is to introduce the preparation of related dishes and the arrangement of recipes in January (or a week) for people who lose weight and strengthen their brains, prolong life and prevent cancer, hoping to meet the needs of losing weight, improving intelligence and strengthening their brains and provide health care for the masses.
