Composition:
Zhentianjia Chinese sauerkraut beef noodles, onion and garlic, Chili noodles, sesame seeds
Exercise:
Mix a hot and sour sauce: put chopped green onion, minced garlic, Chili noodles and cooked sesame seeds in a bowl and pour hot oil.
Add 1 tablespoon of aged vinegar, half a spoonful of soy sauce and a little sugar and mix well.
Boil the noodles in boiling water for 5 minutes, take them out and put them in a bowl.
Boil beef in boiling water for 3 minutes, take it out, pour it into noodles, add sauerkraut, pour the prepared juice, and sprinkle with peanuts and coriander.
