Steps
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Cut the chicken into shreds, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, pepper and starch, mix well and marinate for a while.
3. Soak the sweet potato vermicelli until soft, boil in boiling water until translucent, cool and set aside.
4. Take a small bowl, add a little salt, 15ml light soy sauce, 3ml vinegar, 2g sugar, a little chicken essence and appropriate amount of water to prepare the ingredients.
5. Pour oil into the wok and sauté the onions, ginger and garlic.

7. Saute chili sauce in base oil until fragrant.

9. Pour in the vermicelli and stir-fry.
10. Add chicken and stir-fry evenly.
11. Pour in a little sesame oil and stir-fry evenly and turn off the heat.
