Ingredients: 4 radishes, 2 eggs, 50g oil, salt 10g, 3 onions and a little ginger.
Step 1: Beat the eggs into a small bowl.
Step 2: Stir in a small bowl (you can put a little salt).
Step three, shred the white radish (I forgot to take a picture of the radish)
Step 4, fry the eggs with a little oil and take them out in a small bowl.
Step 5, pour shredded radish into a wok, stir-fry until shredded radish becomes soft, pour scrambled eggs, add a little salt and chopped green onion, and stir-fry out of the wok.
