The materials that need to be prepared in advance are: chicken breast 300g, appropriate amount of oil, appropriate amount of cooking wine, appropriate amount of salt, appropriate amount of white pepper, appropriate amount of barbecue material and appropriate amount of starch.
First, wash the chicken breast, drain it and set it aside.
