first step
Prepare ingredients: dough, leeks and vermicelli.
Second step
For dough, take a proper amount of flour, half of which is boiled water and half is cold water. While pouring hot water, stir it with chopsticks into a flocculent shape, and finally put the dough aside for use.
Third step
Wash leeks, control the water content, chop them, pour some cooking oil and mix well. Boil the vermicelli until soft, chop it up, pour in some soy sauce and stir well. After stirring, pour the vermicelli into the leek, add some people: spiced powder, salt and chicken essence, and stir well for later use.
Fourth step
Knead the dough into long strips, cut it into the size you like (it is best to cut the corner of the cabbage bigger), arrange it in a circle, add the stuffing and knead it diagonally.
