Filling method of Wowotou:
1. Preparation materials: 50g pork belly, one sausage, onion, green beans, Pleurotus eryngii, carrot, cucumber, pickled mustard tuber, dried bean paste, red pickled pepper, oil, white pepper, soy sauce, sugar, salt, sesame oil, chives and cooked white sesame seeds.
2. Dice the meat, pour in soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine and cornflour, knead well, then pour in a little oil and stir well for later use.
3. Onions, green beans, Pleurotus eryngii, carrots, sausages, cucumbers, mustard tuber, bean paste and diced red pepper.
4, put a little oil in the pot, put down the diced meat, stir fry and change color, and then put it on.
5. Then put the diced sausage down and fry it, and then put it with diced meat when it is thoroughly fried.
6. Put all diced vegetables into the pot, then add soy sauce, salt, sugar and white pepper and mix well.
