How to make tomato and egg noodles
1. Prepare all the ingredients.
2. Make a cross on the top of the tomatoes, blanch them in boiling water and peel them.
3. Beat the eggs and set aside.

Tips
Add more salt to the fried tomatoes and eggs than usual because they need to be mixed with noodles.
After the noodles are cooked, add some sesame oil to prevent them from sticking.
