Stewed melon is a common practice.
Stewed melon?

1. Prepare wax gourd, onion and garlic, blanch the ribs with boiling water, put them in a stew pot, simmer slowly, and put appropriate amount of salt, ginger slices and stuffing into the stew pot (stew the ribs in advance).

2. Put a small amount of cooking oil (about 1 tablespoon) in the wok, turn on the fire, add minced onion and ginger, stir-fry until slightly yellow, and then add sliced wax gourd.

3. Stir the wax gourd evenly, then pour the stewed ribs and sparerib soup into the wax gourd, stir evenly, and then add the vermicelli and mushrooms.

4. Add a proper amount of soy sauce, stir evenly, stew until the melon is cooked, and stir every 2 minutes to make the melon evenly heated.
