Step 8: When steaming, chop the onion for later use.
Step 9: After the oysters are steamed, immediately put them out of the pot.

Tips:
After the oyster is shelled, it can be washed with water. If the shell is removed, don't wash it with water. On the one hand, washing will remove the original taste of oysters, and if washed with recycled food water, it is easy to have diarrhea. Oysters should not be steamed for too long, otherwise they will be old and not tender.
