Chinese cabbage, shrimp skin and minced meat wonton

Ingredients: pork 500g, Chinese cabbage 500g, shrimp skin 1 handful, wonton skin 2kg, salt, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, oyster sauce 1 spoon, a little sugar, half a spoonful of vinegar, oil, lard and leek.

Exercise:

1. Prepare materials. After buying Chinese cabbage, remove the old leaves and roots, clean them and chop them up.

2. Add 1 tsp salt, knead by hand until the vegetable juice flows out, then squeeze out the vegetable juice and put it in a bowl for later use.

3. Wash the pork and chop it into minced meat.

4. Wash the shrimp with clear water.

5. Put the ground meat into a bowl, and add Chinese cabbage and shrimp skin.

6. After mixing well together, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, a little salt and sugar to taste. After stirring evenly, slowly add a proper amount of water and stir evenly in one direction with chopsticks. Finally, add a little oil and mix well. The stuffing is ready.

7. Take a wonton skin and put some meat on it.

8. Then fold it in half, then turn the folded two corners upside down and add some water to knead it. Wrap all the wonton skins in the same way.

9. Pour a proper amount of water into the pot, bring it to a boil, put it in the wrapped wonton, bring it to a boil, turn on a small fire, cook it until the wonton floats, and then cook it 1 minute.
