300g cod fillets, parsley leaves 1 handful, 2 cloves of garlic, lemon 1 piece, bread crumbs 1 small bowl, appropriate amount of salt and olive oil.

Three: practice
1 Preheat the oven at 200°c to prepare the materials, wash the cod fillets and print them out with kitchen paper for later use.
Half a slice of lemon, set aside.
Peel the other half of the lemon. Chop lemon peel, parsley and garlic, and mix with bread crumbs and salt in a bowl.
Cover the baking tray with tin foil and coat it with olive oil. Coat cod fillets with olive oil, then dip them in bread crumb mixture and put them on a baking tray.
5 Bake 12- 15 minutes in the preheated oven until the surface is golden yellow. Take it out and squeeze some lemon juice on it.
6 Serve, add side dishes and lemon slices, and serve!
