First, get the materials ready. There are two kinds of yogurt in Turkey, and generally there is also a thick yogurt. This thick yogurt tastes like cream cheese. If you can't buy this thick yogurt, you can make it with CreamCheese. In fact, this recipe was originally a cheesecake recipe, but the text made it light with thick yogurt. In addition, it is best to prepare this kind of chassis for cake molds, and the demoulding is easier.
First, prepare the bottom of the cake. I made it from ordinary digestive biscuits. First, I break the walnuts for later use. Then I smashed digestive biscuits with an electric crusher. Put 2T cream into a non-stick pan, melt over low heat, turn off the heat, break walnuts and biscuit crumbs, mix them together, and then pour them into a cake mold. Use a spoon or I use a mallet to flatten and compact them. This is the bottom of the cake.
Now take out two containers and separate the yolk from the egg whites. Beat the egg whites with an electric mixer at high speed until the bubbles are hard and the pot won't fall off. In addition, add sugar, milk and yogurt to the egg yolk basin and stir well.
Finally, put 2T white powder. No matter what kind of white powder it is. Wheat, corn and potatoes will do. It should be as full as the picture. Stir it again.
Finally, add lemon peel, then pour in egg white and stir evenly with a rubber spatula like making Qifeng cake.
Pour the batter into a cake mold with a biscuit bottom.
Put it in the oven without preheating. 160 degree low temperature baking 1 hour. It's baked just like the picture. Don't take it out. Turn off the fire and keep it in the oven for about 10 minutes before taking it out.
After cooling, the cake will shrink a little, but it will not collapse. Draw a circle along the cake mold with a knife, and it is easy to remove the film.
The delicious yogurt cake is ready. Put it in the refrigerator when it is cold, and you can eat it in 2 hours. It has a faint lemon flavor, tastes refreshing, is definitely not greasy, and is super delicious ~
There is tea next to it, which is a five-star dessert. Try it sometime!
