Tools/materials: garlic sprout, pork, chopped green onion, soy sauce, salt, clear water, knife, basin, pot, shovel, plate and chopsticks.
1. Prepare all the ingredients, pick the bought garlic seedlings, put them in a pot, soak them in proper amount of water and edible salt for 15 to 20 minutes (this will effectively remove 80% of pesticide residues in garlic seedlings), then clean them and cut them into sections with a knife for later use.
2. Wash the onion and cut it into chopped green onion. Slice the pork and cut it into filaments (if you like spicy food, you can cut some dried peppers).
3. Pour a proper amount of oil into the pot, heat it, pour in chopped green onion and saute (like spicy food, put the cut dried Chili into it and saute).
4. Pour in shredded pork, stir-fry until it changes color, then pour in 1 tbsp soy sauce and stir-fry evenly.
5. Pour in the chopped garlic seedlings and stir-fry evenly, then pour in 1 tbsp of edible salt and stir-fry until the garlic seedlings are cut off.
