Name of the dish: Chili shrimp steamed bread and eggs
Ingredients: 200g fresh shrimp, 2 steamed buns, eggs 1 each, persimmon peppers 1 each, shallots 1 each, half a spoonful of sugar, half a spoonful of edible salt, half a spoonful of corn starch, 2 spoonfuls of peanut oil, and 0/3 spoonfuls of pepper/kloc-0.
Cooking process:

Open the lid until there is no water in the pot, and the shrimp will change color. Then pour the chopped green and red peppers into the pot and stir fry together.
8. Stir-fry the green and red peppers until they are broken, then take out a small steamed bread and taste the salty taste. If the taste is not suitable, add seasoning according to the situation. 9.
