1.
Pleurotus eryngii can be sliced with a scraper or cut with a knife, but it is not as thin as scraping, and it is fragile and tastes slightly worse.
2.
Scrape from the root, once to the end, not easy to break.
3.
Heat sliced Pleurotus eryngii in microwave oven for 3 minutes, remove excess water, drain water, and add 1 tbsp oyster sauce.
4.
Add a little black pepper and marinate for 15 minutes. Oyster sauce and bacon are salty, so the taste is enough.
5.
Lay the bacon flat, and put the preserved Pleurotus eryngii slices on it. Don't paint it too full, or it will leak easily.
6.
Roll it up slowly. Make sure it's tight.
7.
Insert a toothpick in the middle.
8.
Stand up and put it in the baking tray.
9.
Chop 10g butter and put it on the bacon roll. Sprinkle a little black pepper on it.
10.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, bake for about 18 minutes until the surface is brown, then put down the bacon and bake for 5-8 minutes.
