Shrimp with garlic on its back
Ingredients: shrimp, garlic cloves, salt, cooking wine, pepper, lemon juice and black pepper.
Exercise:
1, shrimp head, intestines and back, washed and drained; Squeeze garlic juice from garlic cloves with a garlic press, and add salt, cooking wine, pepper and lemon juice (a little) to marinate the shrimp for half an hour.
2, add a small amount of oil to the pot, add shrimp and stir-fry until the shell is red and the meat is cooked; Pour the remaining marinade into the pot and stir-fry with the shrimp until dry. Sprinkle with black pepper after serving.
Fried shrimp balls
Ingredients: 350g fresh shrimp, onion 1 root, 2 slices of ginger, 2 cloves of garlic, millet pepper 1 spoon, tomato sauce 1 spoon, carved wine 1 spoon, light soy sauce 1 spoon, and sugar/kloc-0.
Exercise:
1. Head off the fresh shrimp, cut it from beginning to end along the shrimp back with scissors, and remove the shrimp line for later use.
2. Pour the oil into the pot and heat it to 70% heat. Add shrimp and fry until the shell becomes crisp and red. Take it out and drain it for later use.
3. Pour out the excess oil in the pot, leave a little base oil, add onion, ginger and minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, then add tomato sauce and stir-fry red oil.
4. Add the fried shrimps, add the carved wine, soy sauce and sugar and stir-fry quickly and evenly.
