Shredded radish and meat, fried mushrooms and shrimps, diced celery stalks for later use, fried peanuts without oil, and mashed. Add a proper amount of salt and thirteen spices to the above materials and stir well. This is stuffing.
Put 2 kg of vermicelli (red and white) in boiling water for about 10 minute.
