The second course is fish or meat. Russians usually eat fish or meat as side dishes. Side dishes are generally potato chips, mashed potatoes, vegetables, pickles and so on. And noodles and macaroni. The first two courses are inseparable from bread. The third course is actually not a dish, but tea, coffee, juice, and some cakes and snacks. The order of the above three courses cannot be reversed.
