500 ml of chicken soup (or clear water)
Half a carrot
Half an onion
Tomatoes 1
3 lettuce leaves
3 fresh mushrooms
Vegetable oil15ml

How to make garden vegetable soup?
Wash and slice carrots, shred onions, slice mushrooms, dice tomatoes, wash and tear lettuce into small pieces.
Add a little oil to the pan. When the oil is hot, add onion rings and saute until fragrant.
Stir-fry diced tomatoes into juice.
Add chicken soup and bring to a boil.
Add chopped mushrooms and cook.
Add lettuce leaves and stir well, then remove from the heat. Finally, season with salt.
