Ingredients: beef 400g, corn starch 1 tablespoon, cooking oil 1 tablespoon, beef powder seasoning 2 tablespoons, millet pepper 8, pickled pepper 8, garlic cloves 8, soy sauce 1 tablespoon, coriander 1 handful.
Exercise:
1, 400g beef slices washed+1 spoon corn starch (which can make beef tender and smooth)+1 spoon cooking oil+1 spoon beef powder, and pickled at room temperature 1 hour.
2. Stir-fry beef slices in hot oil until they change color.
3. Saute 8 garlic cloves +8 millet slices +8 pickled pepper slices, pour in beef slices+1 tablespoon soy sauce color+1 tablespoon beef powder to taste, stir-fry for 2 minutes and turn off the heat.
