The first day:

From Ningbo at 7:40- Yinchuan 12:30 (Spring Airlines, the most suitable flight to Ningbo). It takes about 1 hour to get off the plane and pick up the car. The next day:

Leave for Zhenbeibao Film and Television Base before 9 am (there are relatively few people in the morning) and play according to your own situation. Those who like to take pictures can play for a long time, which is very good. They must go. Eat near noon, eat slowly and spend the hottest time (recommended nearby concentric circles).

After dinner, drive 20 minutes to arrive at Helan Mountain Rock Painting, about 4 o'clock. It's past the hottest time. You can see wild goats after playing 1-2 hours. After the tour, there is a Han Meilin Art Museum, which is very good and worth visiting. Have fun in the city, eat sheep bones (beef is not as delicious as mutton, please look for it in public comments), and then go back to the hotel to have a rest.

The third day:

Get up late and go to Zhongwei, and pass by Wuzhong for a meal. Wuzhong cuisine is the most famous (Guoqiang finger food or Wuzhong ethnic restaurant is recommended). After lunch, set off for Zhongwei (choose the road with the least high speed, and the national road is the main road, which is very beautiful and you can see the vast Gobi desert).

Arrive at the first stop of Zhongwei, No.66 Road, North Long Beach (around 4 o'clock). The tour lasts 3-4 hours, and you can see the Yellow River along the way. Go back to the city to sleep at night.
