I usually eat fruit with egg white instead of egg yolk for breakfast. Except bananas and avocados, you can't eat fruits, and grapes can be eaten less, so there are many choices of fruits.
The staple food is not rice noodles, but potatoes and oil-free sweet potatoes instead. Potatoes and sweet potatoes have high calories when stir-frying, but if you don't add oil, the same amount of rice noodles has less than one third of the calories.
Cooking is also based on boiling water and cooling without oil. Meat only eats seafood, and it is best not to put oil.
For snacks, eat a handful of melon seeds or thin people a day instead of puffed food.
If you drink it, you'd better drink Pu 'er tea instead of drinks.
As long as I don't eat meat, oil and too much starch, it will definitely not exceed 1000 calories. I usually only eat 700 calories a day.
