Required raw materials.
Cut open uncultivated land.
Add a few pieces of ginger to pig's trotters and blanch them to remove fishy smell and blood stains, then dump them and rinse them with cold water.
Put the blanched pig's trotters in a pressure cooker, add salt, and boil the excess water in the pot first.
When the water in the pot is nearly volatilized, spray cooking wine 120g, add water, sugar, ginger and Radix Rehmanniae slices, cover with fire, and cook for 10- 12 minutes.
Finally, after the steam in the pressure cooker completely subsides, open the lid, add monosodium glutamate and cooking wine 10g, then simmer for half a minute without covering, and then add the onion to serve.
