When you get up in the morning, drink a cup of warm water first to help clear the accumulation in your body. Soak oats in milk, add some honey, eat a boiled egg, and finally eat three small cherry tomatoes.
Go home at noon and eat braised chicken legs, seaweed stir-fry and seaweed soup.
Go home at night, eat green vegetable bags, radish strips, dry-cut beef and cook noodles.
At the end of the day, my body is very happy.
