Fried chicken breast with cucumber
Wash and scrape the cucumber a little, not too clean, preferably with patterns.
Slice chicken breast, use water starch, light soy sauce, cooking wine and two drops of soy sauce 10- 15 minutes, and mix well with a spoonful of cooking oil.
Slice shallots, garlic and dried peppers. This time I made them whole.
