I quickly learned the following recipes. They are really simple and delicious.
1. Chicken breast (dry)
Boil the pot to dryness, stir-fry the white sesame seeds, and keep stirring with minimum fire; Cool sesame seeds for later use; Diced chicken breast, diced Pleurotus eryngii and sliced ginger; Pour in 120g rapeseed oil and heat ginger slices until fragrant. More oil, or it will stick to the pan easily. Add diced chicken breast and diced Pleurotus eryngii into the pot; Stir-fry in medium heat, and a lot of water will come out in about 3 minutes. Don't worry, continue to stir fry; After stirring for about 10 minute, the water is completely dried, and the chicken and Pleurotus eryngii turn slightly golden yellow; Stir-fry soy sauce, soy sauce, oil consumption, thirteen spices and sugar in turn. If it feels a little sticky, pour in a little cooking wine. Stir-fry the diced Pleurotus eryngii to the side to expose the oil in the middle of the pot, put two spoonfuls of pepper in the middle of the oil, stir-fry the pepper noodles with oil, stir-fry the pepper and the diced Pleurotus eryngii evenly, and add a little cooking wine when it feels sticky; Turn off the heat, add thirteen spices and fried sesame seeds, and stir well. Turn off the heat and add appropriate amount of rattan pepper oil.
2. Black pepper potato chips
Cut potatoes into long strips and shred green peppers; Add a little water to the potato chips until they are half cooked; Pour oil into the pan, add garlic and dried Chili and stir-fry until fragrant. Add potato chips and fry until slightly yellow. Add green pepper and stir-fry until raw. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, black pepper and salt and mix well.
3. Lettuce that consumes oil
Wash lettuce, sauce: 3 tbsp soy sauce, oyster sauce 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp water, and mix well for later use. Boil the water, add some salt, blanch the lettuce, heat the oil, add the garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, add the juice from the second step, turn off the heat, and then pour it on the packed lettuce.
4. stir-fried diced meat
Prepare all the ingredients, diced carrots, diced ham, corn kernels cut with a knife, peas and fresh peas peeled.
Heat oil in a wok. Stir-fry carrots until they surface. Add corn and peas and stir-fry a few times. Pour in diced ham.
Add half a spoonful of salt, it's a little dry. You can add some water and boil the soup. When it's almost finished, it's out of the pot.
