A box of curry cubes
500g chicken.
Carrot half root
2 potatoes (not too big)
Onion 1/6
Half a broccoli/green pepper
4 bowls of rice
The practice of lazy curry rice
Dice potatoes and carrots, put a little oil in the pot, pour the pieces into the oil and remove them for later use.
Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry the chicken breast, stir-fry the onion, and then stir-fry the broccoli/green pepper.
Pour the oiled potatoes and carrots into the pot and stir fry.
Add water until the ingredients are uncovered, cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes (when the ingredients in the pot are soft, try poking potatoes and carrots with chopsticks, and then open the pot cover when it is soft).
Add a whole box of curry blocks, stir and mix well, collect the juice until it is thick and then take it out of the pot. Delicious curry rice is great.
