Preparation materials: chicken breast, corn starch, eggs, sweet and sour juice.
Exercise:
1, cut chicken breast into pieces, add minced onion and ginger, 1 tablespoon white pepper, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, stir well and marinate for 15 minutes.
