Composition: 1. Two eggs
1/4 tons of salt
A pinch of pepper
2.3 tomatoes, cut into large pieces.
1/8 tons of salt
1 celsius. water
2 tons of tomato sauce
1 ton corn starch
chopped green onions
Method:
1. Beat the eggs gently. Add ingredient number one.
2. Heat wok 1 tbsp oil. Stir-fry the eggs in oil until they are solidified, and then take them out of the wok.
3. Clean the wok.
4. Heat another tablespoon of oil, stir-fry the tomato pieces and add the second ingredient. When it is almost cooked, add the eggs and stir fry quickly with high fire. Move away from the fire.
5. Sprinkle chopped onions.
