1, aftertaste tea shrimp
Materials:
300g of grass shrimp, 30g of tea, proper amount of edible oil, salt and pepper powder, black pepper, soy sauce, garlic and fine green pepper.
Exercise:
(1) Wash the grass shrimp, make tea and filter;
(2) Boil water in a pot, add a proper amount of salt, pour in grass shrimp, cook until the shrimp body bends, take it out, and soak it in tea for half an hour;
(3) Dry the pan, when enough oil is poured into the pan, when there is slight smoke, add the grass and fry until the color becomes dark, then pick up the shrimp and fry it again until the skin of the shrimp is crisp;
(4) Leave the bottom oil in the pot, pour in the drained tea leaves and stir-fry until crisp, and pour in the green pepper and garlic and stir-fry;
(5) Pour in the fried shrimp and season with salt and pepper powder, black pepper powder and a few drops of soy sauce.
2, garlic shrimp
Materials:
Half a catty of grass shrimp, garlic, ginger, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, chicken essence, onion, cooking oil.
Exercise:
(1) Wash the grass shrimp, split it from the middle of the shrimp tail to the head with a knife, and add salt, chicken essence, cooking wine and ginger for more than half an hour;
(2) spread the pickled grass shrimp on a plate and steam for 15 minutes;
(3) mince garlic, pour in oil, turn on a small fire, and burn until the garlic is slightly burnt;
(4) Pour a proper amount of soy sauce into the steamed grass shrimp and garlic.
