Ingredients: rice noodles, mustard tuber, sauerkraut, millet spicy, chopped green onion, minced garlic.
Exercise:
1. Put the rice noodles in a clear water pot and simmer on low heat until the rice noodles are soft.
2. Add mustard tuber, sauerkraut, chopped green onion and millet to the bowl.
3. Put a little hot oil in the pot, saute minced garlic, stir-fry sauerkraut, and pour into the seasoning bowl.
4. Add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce+1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar+appropriate amount of salt+several tablespoons of boiled rice noodle soup and mix well.
5. Take out the cooked rice noodles and put them in a seasoning bowl.
