Breakfast and lunch in the temple are called "going to church"; Dinner is called "medicine stone" In the morning and afternoon, if there are monks present, they will hold a two-point fasting ceremony with the monks, chanting and fasting; If there is no monk present, you will receive a thank-you note. Dinner medicine stone, if there are no monks, then receive gratitude words; If a monk is present, he must respectfully ask for his permission. Those who don't eat after noon don't go to Wuguan Hall. The person in charge of cooking for monks and students is called "Xingtang". The rules of litigation are as follows:
1 Early court time: 7: 00; Noon court session time:11:00; Afternoon medicine stone time: 17:00
You need to stop talking in the whole class (that is, you can't talk).
3 left meal and right dish soup; Chopsticks are placed horizontally; If there is a teacup, put it on the right side of the bowl;
4 when cooking porridge, if thick porridge is needed, chopsticks will be neutral, meaning "thick chopsticks can stand"; If you need to cook porridge, chopsticks will shake back and forth for a short distance on the bowl surface.
5 when you need to fill a meal, you should draw chopsticks into an arc on the bowl surface; Only need half, divide the chopsticks into two bowls of noodles; If you need a little or a little, put your thumb between your little fingers or use chopsticks to specify the height of the bowl.
6 After eating, fold the bowl, put the lower bowl obliquely with chopsticks, gently put the upper bowl down and fold it, and then pull out the chopsticks to ensure silence; Chopsticks stand upright at the edge of the bowl, and the head of chopsticks is flush with the edge of the table/supporting plate.
All the meals are provided by ten believers. No food can be left or discarded. If you feel too much before eating, you can signal the volunteers in the hall to reduce before moving chopsticks.
8 When eating, keep your upper body straight. 1/3 When sitting on the bench and holding the rice bowl with both hands, lift it up to eat in the posture of "Dragon Ball" (hold the bottom of the bowl with four fingers and buckle the rim of the bowl with your thumb). Don't cross your legs or lie prone on the table to eat. If there is any violation, immediately visit the church or volunteer to correct it.
After dinner, don't leave the table for a while, sit up and copy your hands, and wait for the abbot to recite Zhai Jie. Those who haven't finished eating, when Master recites "Jie Zhai Ji", put down the dishes and chopsticks, mix them together, and continue to eat with Master's recitation.
