Recipe: Hot and sour tomato beef soup
Ingredients: tender beef, tomato, Japanese tofu, Flammulina velutipes, onion, garlic and millet spicy.
Exercise:
1, processed ingredients: beef with blood removed, diced tomatoes, diced Japanese tofu, washed Flammulina velutipes, chopped green onion, garlic slices, and millet spicy (you can add some pepper if you like spicy ~)
2, beef curing 15 minutes: raw powder? Salt? Pepper? oil
3. Heat hot oil in a hot pot, add millet and garlic slices, then add tomato pieces and stir-fry sand, pour into boiling water for 3 minutes, and then add soy sauce? Oyster sauce? Pepper? White sugar, stir well
4. Add tofu and Flammulina velutipes in turn, cover the pot and stew for 3 minutes, then add the marinated beef and stew until it loses its color, add salt, thicken it and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
