Composition:
1 baby cabbage, 1 vermicelli, half garlic, 1 Flammulina velutipes, chopped red pepper, 5 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce.
Exercise:
1. Wash all the dishes. Soak vermicelli in warm water until soft, and chop garlic and red pepper.
2, take a bigger plate, put baby dishes, a layer of Flammulina velutipes, a layer of vermicelli.
3. Put garlic in hot oil, saute red pepper, then add oyster sauce, add 2 spoonfuls of water to make sauce, and pour it into the plate.
4. Steam on the pot for 10 minutes, and you can eat.
