Time:

1. The reading club has 12 issues a year, and you will read them one by one.

2. Sharing time: 14:30-18:00; free communication during dinner time: 18:00-:19:00; theme discussion: 19:00-20:30, and form a resolution or Tools; photo shoot ends: 21:00. If you are still interested, the time can be extended, up to 23:00 at the latest.

3. Around the 15th of the month, the school committee will determine the specific time for the reading club and notify all members.

Book selection:

1. Focus your reading more on a certain topic and choose a series of books (priority to cognitive categories).

2. For a topic, first confirm the core readings and then make a rough schedule.

3. Reasons for recommending books must be given and must be within the scope of the topic.

Assignments:

2. Each assignment must be submitted three days in advance of the start time of the offline event, and the academic committee will allocate shared chapters after the 15th.

Punishment system:

1. After registration, if you ask for leave before the 15th and cannot come, you will be fined 200 yuan;

2. Academic committee and volunteers

1. Each period determines the students for the next period. Committee and volunteers.

2. The school committee actively leads everyone to study, assigns learning tasks, follows up on learning progress, and organizes necessary learning resources. The academic committee controls the total time and ensures that it ends before 23:00 at the latest. It guarantees 30 minutes of free time to discuss core issues. For students who exceed the time limit, the academic committee will formulate the red envelope rules for this period to ensure the smooth progress of the offline reading club.

3. Volunteers will determine the venue for everyone, remind the time, prepare the venue in advance and provide some necessary assistance. All students pay their membership fees to the volunteer office, and the volunteers will report the status of each membership fee payment and expenses.

5. Requirements for newcomers to join the reading club:

1. Must be the founder or co-founder of a start-up company, or a partner in a medium or large enterprise;

2. The competitive relationship cannot be advanced because we hope to further promote private board meetings and in-depth exchanges in the future.

3. Exclusion from peers is due to the creation of a collision of ideas. This is unfair to individual industries.

4. Company size: more than 30 people, angel round or above in financing, or company size above 10 million. This screening is only to select suitable founders, not an absolutely rigid term.

5. Recommend by old students and publish complete personal introductions of new students.

6. If you participate in the first period as an observer, if time permits, you need to complete synchronous reading and try to submit the corresponding mind map.

7. If a new student is dismissed due to various reasons, the recommender will not be able to make recommendations within three months, and will be given a red envelope of 200 yuan to show his appreciation.

8. A maximum of 2 newcomers can be recommended in each period.
