Materials/tools: pig tongue, water, pot, ginger slices, cooking wine, knife, cooking oil, onion, garlic, salt, soy sauce, sugar and green pepper.
1. Buy fresh pork tongue and clean it. Blanch the pig's tongue in boiling water, then pour out the water, and then rinse it with clear water to remove blood and impurities.
