Fried method of buckwheat dried salted duck leg
First, cut the duck leg into cubes of 1.5cm, soak it in warm water for about 2 hours (because the salted duck leg is salty, it can be pickled by soaking), pick it up and wash it with warm water again before cooking.
Cut buckwheat into small pieces, shred ginger, and cut red pepper into sections.
Heat a little oil in the pot, stir-fry the duck's side legs in the pot, stir-fry for a while, and take them out. Stir-fry the buckwheat head, red pepper and ginger in the pot, add a little salt, stir-fry the fried duck side legs, then cook them in half a bowl of warm water, and finally add a little Chili powder and chicken essence to stir-fry them out of the pot.
