This is the 28th Michelin guide published in the world in 20 16, and the first one released in Chinese mainland. There are 26 star-rated restaurants selected by * *, including 9 Cantonese restaurants, 6 western restaurants and 5 western restaurants.

On June 6th, 2020, Michelin Guide 202 1 Beijing was officially released. Among them, there are 2 Michelin three-star restaurants, 2 Michelin two-star restaurants and 26 Michelin one-star restaurants. Also announced are 5 1 Michelin Plate Restaurant and 17 bibendum Restaurant.

Evaluation criteria of Michelin restaurant:

Restaurants listed in Michelin Guide should at least get the knife and fork logo, which is the basic evaluation standard of restaurants in the guide, ranging from the highest 5 pairs to 1 pair, mainly indicating the comfort of restaurants.

Michelin stars are judged by a group of screened "food spies", who are called "inspectors".
