Name: Fried celery with bitter gourd
Ingredients: celery 100g, bitter gourd 300g, oil soy sauce, onion, ginger and salt.
Exercise:
1. Bitter gourd is pedicled and pulped, and cut into pieces.
2. Wash and shred celery; Wash onion and ginger and chop them into powder.
