Steps
1. Prepare the ingredients: mutton, okra, garlic.
2. Cut the mutton into cubes and marinate with cornstarch, light soy sauce, cumin powder and olive oil. Blanch the okra in boiling water, then drain it through a cold river, remove the head and tail, and cut into dices.
3. Heat the pan, pour in appropriate amount of olive oil, add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
4. Add the marinated mutton.
5. Stir fry over high heat for a while.
6. Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and sugar.
7. Pour in the chopped okra.
8. Stir-fry evenly, then add appropriate amount of salt and turn off the heat.
Tips
1. It is best to choose mutton shoulder for fried mutton, as this part of the meat is the most tender and smooth.
2. Add an appropriate amount of cumin powder when marinating the mutton to make it taste more delicious.
3. Blanch okra in boiling water, then pass it through a cold river and then cut it into pieces to retain its nutrients.
