Practice: (1) Cut the chicken from the back, wash the lean meat, put it in boiling water for 5 minutes, wash and drain.
(2) Thaw and wash the abalone, then put it into boiling water to fly, then take it out, wipe off the dirt around the abalone, take out the intestines, wash it and drain it.
(3) Put the chicken in a stew pot, then add lean meat, abalone, wine, ginger slices and boiled water, cover the pot, put it in the stew pot, simmer for 30 minutes, and then simmer with salt for 3 hours to taste.
