Mutton finger food rice
Prepare ingredients: mutton, onion, potato and carrot.
Mutton, lamb chops are cut into pieces, the mutton is soaked in cold water, and the mutton is taken out (the soup for boiling mutton is reserved).
Pour oil into the pan, stir-fry onion and mutton, stir-fry until the mutton fried noodles are slightly burnt, carrots and potatoes are stirred evenly, and a proper amount of soy sauce, salt and cumin powder are stirred evenly. Pour the cooked mutton soup, put the soaked rice into the rice cooker, and pour the fried mutton together with the soup into the rice cooker (if you think the soup is good, you can add some water, if there is too much soup, don't finish it, just watch for yourself) and start cooking.
