Materials required:
1.200g of dried shrimps
2. Appropriate amount of onion, ginger and garlic
3. Appropriate amount of salt
4. Appropriate amount of cooking wine
5. Appropriate amount of cooking oil
Steps:
1. Soak the clean dried shrimps in cold water for at least 1 hour until the dried shrimps become soft, and remove the sediment on the surface of dried shrimps.
2. Cut the onion, ginger and garlic into sections for later use.
3. Put a proper amount of water in a steaming bowl, add chopped onion, ginger and garlic, and a proper amount of salt and cooking wine, and stir well.
4. Put the soaked dried shrimps into a steaming bowl, and insert a few holes in the middle of the dried shrimps with chopsticks to let the steam penetrate through the dried shrimps.
5. Put the steaming bowl into the steamer and steam for 20-25 minutes on medium heat until the shrimp skin becomes soft.

7. Serve steamed shrimp.
Tips:
1. Shrimp skin should be soaked for enough time, and the taste will be tender after steaming.
