Materials:
500g green radish, 6 shrimps, salt, soy sauce, onion, ginger, cooking wine, sesame oil, soup stock and pepper.
Exercise:
1. Wash the prepared shrimp for later use;
2. Wash the green radish, peel it, shred it, add a little salt to marinate it, then rinse it with clear water and drain it;
3. Heat the oil in the pot, saute the chopped green onion, add the shredded green radish and stir-fry evenly;
4. Leave oil in the pot, add onion and ginger until fragrant, add shrimp and fry until golden on both sides, then add cooking wine, soy sauce, a little water and thick soup to boil;
5. Add shredded green radish to boil, then add salt, pepper and sesame oil.
Hawthorn cake mixed with shredded green radish
Materials:
Green radish 1 piece, hawthorn cake 1 piece, a little sugar.
Exercise:
1, radish is washed, cut into filaments, and pickled with white sugar 10 minutes or so;
2. Cut the prepared hawthorn cake into filaments;
3. Drain the pickled shredded radish, mix it with shredded hawthorn cake and stir well.
