Recipe for spicy stir-fried seafood:
Ingredients: clams, shallots, soybean paste, light soy sauce, ginger, Pixian bean paste, starch, cooking wine, oil.
1. First, soak the seafood in water for a whole morning. When the sediment is almost gone, rinse both sides.
