1. fresh hawthorn is pedicled to remove seeds
2. pure hawthorn pulp is boiled and put into a steamer
3. it is best to cover it with a plate, so as to prevent steam from flowing into the basin
4. steam for 2 minutes
5. then add rock sugar powder while it is hot. I did grind the rock sugar into powder. You can also use the same amount of white sugar.
6. Stir it into paste with a wall-breaking machine. If there is no wall-breaking machine, use any machine that can be stirred at home.
7. Pour the stirred paste into a basin to cool. Now it is cold, and it will solidify directly in the kitchen to cool.
8. Slice the solidified hawthorn and then cut it into strips about 8 mm wide and 6 mm long.

1. Bake it in the oven. Because my oven can only be timed for 3 hours at most in this state and can't display 5 hours, I added 3 hours after 3 hours. The specific time can be flexibly mastered, as long as the hawthorn strips are basically dried
