working methods

Noodles:

Put the flour into a basin, add appropriate amount of water, stir, and finally knead it into a dough as soft as jiaozi. The dough in the article has just been kneaded and hasn't woken up yet.

Dough block:

Let the dough stand for about 10 minute, knead it into strips, divide it into small dough with the same size, knead it into smooth small dough, and arrange it in order.

Cutting vegetables:

Wash spinach and fennel, control water, cut spinach into 3cm pieces, fennel is about 1cm, and onion is chopped. Cut vermicelli into 1-2cm long. Scrape carrots into silk with a shredding artifact. If the knife is good, it can also be cut into very thin silk. Then put all the ingredients into the container for later use.

Skin:

Use a rolling pin to roll the dough pieces in step 2 into a round thin skin, similar to dumpling skin, and keep the thickness uniform. Make two copies. For skin size, please refer to steps 6 and 7. The common trick is to roll out the kneaded dough first to wake it up.
